Privacy & Terms

Every member is required to read, understand, and agree to the following terms before activating any cooperative.

• This cooperative card is not transferable to any third party.
• You must register with your account name (as it appears on your bank account).
• In case of inflation, additional top-up may be required on returns (for FCI category only).
• Consistent monthly cooperative is required; irregular payment may delay or void your benefits.

To qualify for the maximum Return on Cooperative (ROI), payments must be completed within the eligible window of your selected plan.

FCI is a non-cash cooperative category structured around the calendar year.

• Payments for food/items end by September.
• Package selection is available only within the first 3 months of the year.
• Distribution of food/items and non-cash returns starts by December.

For all MBI plans, funds can only be collected once the full plan duration has been completed. Early withdrawal is not permitted, regardless of how soon you finish your payments.

At Crystal Trust Multipurpose Cooperative Society, we prioritize the security of our members’ information. We implement strong data protection measures, including encryption and secured systems, to safeguard your personal and financial details.

Information collected during registration and transactions is used strictly for managing your cooperatives, communicating updates, and fulfilling regulatory obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
